How pricing works

Note: ComStack has not officially launched yet. Pricing is still being finalised — more detailed plan information is coming soon. In the meantime, access is invite-based and the best way to get current numbers for your setup is to start the trial and talk to us.

You start with a free trial. No card, no commitment — you set up your communication brain, turn on a channel or two, and see it answer real questions in your customers’ own languages before you decide anything.

After the trial, pricing scales with two things: the channels you switch on and how much you use them. Run the website assistant alone, or add the phone, WhatsApp and in-person channels as you grow — you pay for what you turn on. Usage covers the volume of conversations and the work behind them, so a quiet month and a busy month are not billed the same.

We do not publish fixed tiers here yet. Plans are tailored to which channels you need and the scale you operate at, so the honest answer is that the number depends on your setup. The clearest way to see what it costs for you is to start the trial and talk to us about your business.

Access is currently invite-based, offered to founders and owners of established businesses. A free trial is part of that onboarding.

What’s included

Every plan includes the full product, not a cut-down version. That means the multi-channel agent, conversational forms, and the headless way of keeping your content current without a developer or a dashboard.

Your content stays yours throughout. Pages are clean Markdown you own, syncable to your own private GitHub repository, so there is no lock-in if you ever leave.
